SERVICE FOR PURCHASING TRAINING COURSES

1.1 Description


Panacea Cooperative Research S. Coop offers its Users a course purchasing service through which buyers can quickly and easily acquire access to the training courses offered on the platform.


1.2 How to Purchase Courses


To purchase courses available on the Website, the following steps must be followed:

  • Select the desired course from the course offering page.
  • Once the course information published by the Organizer has been reviewed, select the "Add to Cart" option.
  • Then, the Buyer will be directed to the cart breakdown to confirm the course selection.
  • Click the "Checkout" button, which will redirect to the registration page.
  • Fill in personal data to be used for nominative access to the course and for billing purposes if applicable.
  • Enter the desired payment method (bank transfer or credit card).
  • Accept the terms and conditions of purchase and click "Proceed to Payment."


At that time, the Buyer confirms that the payment details entered are correct and accurate and agrees that Panacea Cooperative Research S. Coop may charge the price of the selected course.

Panacea will send an email to the Buyer confirming receipt of the order. The Purchase Confirmation may not appear in the "Inbox," so Panacea recommends the Buyer check the "Spam" folder. Within a maximum of 24–72 hours, another email will be sent with the order acceptance and access instructions for the course.

The Buyer can access their purchase history from the "My Account" section on the course website.


1.3 How to Access the Course


The Buyer may access the purchased courses by logging into their account and going to the "My Courses" section, where they will find the corresponding materials and the link to access live sessions, if applicable.


1.4 Conditions of the Course Sales Service


  • Access to courses is granted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Course Organizer.
  • Some courses may be recorded for educational and/or promotional purposes. By purchasing the course, Buyers give their consent for their participation to be recorded and used for these purposes.
  • Panacea reserves the right to deny access to the course in cases of detected fraudulent use of the account or rule violations.


EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

2.1 General Aspects


  • Exchanges and refunds will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed the course content.
  • The inability to complete a course or incorrect data entry during the purchase process are not grounds for a refund.
  • In accordance with current consumer and e-commerce regulations, the Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if they have already accessed the course content.
  • If the course is canceled by the Organizer, Panacea will proceed to refund the paid amount within 15 business days.


2.2 Exchanges and Refunds


  • If the Organizer decides to issue a refund, it will be reimbursed using the same payment method used for the purchase within the stipulated timeframe.
  • If the course is rescheduled, the Buyer will have the option to accept the new date or request a refund of the amount paid.
